1. The Teachers shall provide educational classes to Secondary School Students and Special needs Students according to the list of subjects outlined in APPENDIX I.
2. The Teachers shall offer educational services between Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, with the exception of Public Holidays.
3. In the event that the Teacher misses a class, a make-up session will be scheduled by the Teacher and at the discretion of the principal. However, in the event that a Student misses a class, parents must ensure that the student reviews the work done on that particular day.
4. Each educational session facilitated by the Teacher and offered to the Student shall be for a minimum of one (1) hour and for a maximum of two (2) hours.
5. The educational services provided by the Teachers to the students shall be either in small groups.
6. The Parent/Student shall compensate the Teachers in accordance with the fees outlined in APPENDIX II, dependent on the number of academic subjects the Teachers shall provide educational services for to the Students.
7. The fees referred to in Paragraph 6 above and Appendix II below shall be termly/monthly fees for the educational services provided by the Teachers and shall be non-refundable once classes have begun for the term/month in question.
8. Full-time students are entitled to the number of sessions outlined in their timetables each week.
9. Each Parent/Student shall be obliged to pay the necessary fees referred to in Paragraph 6 above and Appendix II to the Teachers at the beginning of the term or the dates outlined by the principal in accordance to the structure of payment selected by the parent/student.
10. In the event that the Parent/Student has failed to pay the required termly/monthly fees for the educational services provided by the Teachers, the Teachers, at their discretion, shall decide whether or not educational services shall continue to be provided to the Student while fees remain unpaid.
11. In the event that the Teachers in their discretion have decided to suspend the provision of further educational services to the Student due to the non-payment of student fees after classes have started for the respective period pursuant to Paragraph 10 above, the Parties agree that the Parent/Student shall still be liable to compensate the Teachers the full fee for the educational services provided to the Student.
12. The Parties agree that the Teachers shall retain all legal rights and remedies to recover the fees due and owing, including but not limited to initiating legal action to recover the said due and owing student fees.
13. Each Parent/Student shall complete the intake form at APPENDIX III.
14. The cost of these classes remains the same for any part thereof each term.
15. Monthly fees are always due on the 28th of the prior month and must be in no later than the 1st of the new month for each new month of the academic year. Full-term payments are due at the beginning of each term. If paying in two parts, the first 50% is due on the 28th of the month before the term begins and the second 50% is due on the 28th of the first month of the term. Fees for full-time students are required for any part thereof within the term.
16. Full-Time students’ fees are required for each part of the term of all academic years that the student is enrolled to maintain their spots at the school. These fees are also required until the end of their final term at the school, which also includes the graduation period.
17. Should a parent desire to remove their child from the school, the administrator/principal of the school should be notified a month in advance in written form and all payments for that particular term must be paid off in full.
18. Late payments will require the payment of the late fee as outlined by administration.
