1. The Principal and her teachers shall provide educational classes to Primary Level Students according to the list of subjects outlined in APPENDIX I.
2. The Principal and her teachers shall offer educational services between Mondays to Fridays with the exception of Public Holidays.
3. In the event that the Teacher assigned to the class misses a session, a make-up session will be scheduled by the Teacher on a date and time as agreed between the Parties.
4. Each educational session facilitated by the Teacher assigned to the class and offered to the Student shall be for a minimum of forty (40) minutes or a maximum of sixty (60) minutes per session.
5. The educational services provided by the assigned Teacher to the students shall be either in a group or individual format.
6. The Parent/Student shall compensate The Scholars Learning Institute in accordance with the fee outlined in APPENDIX II.
7. The fees referred to in Paragraph 6 above and Appendix II below shall be monthly fees for the educational services provided by the Teacher assigned to the class and shall be nonrefundable once classes have begun for the month in question.
8. Each student shall be entitled to 4-20 daily sessions per month depending on the number of weeks in a particular month.
9. Each Parent/Student shall be obligated to pay the necessary fees referred to in Paragraph 6 above and Appendix II on the 28th of the prior month and must be paid no later than the 1st of the new month for the new month.
10. Where before the start of a teaching month, a Parent/Student has indicated to the Principal or teacher assigned to the class that due to personal circumstances the Teacher will not be required to provide educational services to the Student for that month, there will be no obligation on the Parent/Student to make any payment in accordance with Paragraph 6 above and Appendix II below.
11. In the event that the Parent/Student has failed to pay the required monthly fees for the educational services provided by the Teacher assigned to the class, the Principal, at her discretion, shall decide whether or not educational services shall continue to be provided to the Student while fees remain unpaid.
12. In the event that the Principal in her discretion has decided to suspend the provision of further educational services to the Student due to the non-payment of monthly student fees after classes have started for the respective month pursuant to Paragraph 11 above, the Parties agree that the Parent/Student shall still be liable to compensate the school full monthly student fee for the educational services provided to the Student.
13. The Parties agree that the Principal shall retain all legal rights and remedies to recover monthly student fees due and owing, including but not limited to initiating legal action to recover the said due and owing monthly student fees.
14. Each Parent/Student shall complete the intake form at APPENDIX III.
15. The cost of these classes remains the same for any part thereof each month.
16. Fees are always due on the 28th of the prior month and must be in no later than the 1st of the new month for each new month of the year that the student is participating in these classes.
17. Late payments will require the payment of the late fee as outlined by administration.
